I’ll guide you to identify and bring awareness to ongoing unworkable, unconscious life patterns, explore how they began, what sustains them and find new strategies that will. While I primarily work with men, I see anyone committed to change with a diverse, inclusive, values-based lens regardless of race, religion or class and sexual or gender minorities.
