On the surface, things may seem fine. Internally, however, something may feel increasingly unsatisfying, disconnected, or difficult to ignore. 

Therapy can become a place to understand these experiences more clearly—not just intellectually, but emotionally and relationally. 

My work is less about quick symptom reduction and more about helping people become more honest with themselves, more connected in relationships, and more aligned with what genuinely matters to them. 

I primarily work with men navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and longstanding interpersonal dynamics, while also working with adults from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences throughout California.
